* You have to be a regular ISAH member with your membership fee paid covering the year 2011. You can join and/or pay your ISAH dues during the online registration process. until April 15, 2011 cancellation free minus handling fee 30 €
April 16, 2011 — June 1, 2011 cancellation fee = 50% of registration fee
June 2, 2011 — Congress, 2011 cancellation fee = 100% of registration fee
