The presenting author of a selected abstract commits to attend the symposium and present the abstract in the session at the time decided upon by the Scientific Committee.
Review and Acceptance
All submitted abstracts have been reviewed by the Scientific Committee of the Congress. All authors have been notified about acceptance or rejection by 15th of March, 2011.
A follow-up mail specifiying presentation type (oral/poster) and format and detailed information about Full Paper submission for the proceedings has been mailed out to all accepted authors on March 18, 2011.
